If you have a Gmail, Hotmail, or other free e-mail account and you make an inquiry, please make sure that your account allows mail from the PenholderCentral domain. If you don't, I may not be able to reply to you.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is via Priority Mail and only applies to orders shipped to the USA. If you prefer a different shipping method please let me know. Although UPS has better package tracking, Priority Mail has proven to be the fastest and most economical way to ship, particularly to the West Coast. Shipping transit time to anywhere in the US normally takes a maximum of 2-3 days by Priority Mail vs. 2-8 via UPS. There will be a small shipping charge when requesting any method other than Priority Mail.
International orders will be charged at their actual cost.
Items will normally ship within three to five business days of payment. If you need your order faster, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Paypal is my standard payment method. If you would prefer to pay another way, please contact me.

Online Ordering:

Please use the Paypal shopping cart buttons for online ordering. Quantities can be adjusted on the secure shopping cart page the buttons link to. Paypal buttons don't allow for easy quantity discounts, so if your purchase qualifies for one I will send a refund of any overcharge.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

The transparency and reflectivity can make it difficult to photograph glass accurately. In addition, various monitors may display colors differently, so a color shade shown on one computer screen may look slightly different than it does on another - or in person. My iridescent, metallic rainbow style penholders are particularly difficult to photograph well due to the high reflectivity of the surface and the way the colors react to slight changes in lighting. Most people think they look better in person than in photos.

Satisfied customers are important to me. So if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in undamaged condition within 30 days for an exchange, a merchandise credit, or a refund - your choice. Please contact me prior to any returns.
